"Launch! Ignition!" On April 24, 1970, with a thunderous roar piercing the night sky, the Long March 1 carrier rocket, trailing a massive flame, soared into the sky carrying the "Dongfanghong-1" satellite, kicking off the Chinese nation's exploration of the vast universe. Along with the "Dongfanghong-1" satellite, the melody of *The East Is Red* also traveled into space — marking the first time China's voice was heard in the cosmos, announcing that China had officially entered the space age. On March 8, 2016, the State Council approved the establishment of China Space Day on April 24 every year starting from 2016.

Let's go back eight years, when Far East Cable received a letter of appreciation from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, recording a critical moment that bonded Far East Cable with China's aerospace program. On the night of September 16, 2016, nearly midnight, the launch preparation of Shenzhou-11 was in the debugging phase. Far East Cable suddenly received an urgent call from the Jiuquan center, requesting a batch of high-end aerospace cables to be manufactured and delivered to Jiuquan within just three days to support the launch base and the Shenzhou-11 mission. "The company responded immediately, mobilized all resources for urgent production, and successfully fulfilled the mission at 'rocket speed' in 72 hours," said a person in charge of Far East Cable.
