Invited by Zhou Weiling, Party Secretary of Huaxi Street, Changxing County, Zhejiang Province, investor and supervisor as well as Chief Operating Officer of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Smarter Energy; stock code: 600869) Chen Jing recently visited a new energy town located in Huaxi Street for investigation.

 Relying on the Street’s profound new energy industry base, the town will accelerate the construction of "3 + X" industrial system, focus on developing three leading industries: new batteries, new energy vehicles (including key parts) and solar thermal photovoltaic, and grow supportive industries associated with the leading industries such as new energy headquarter economy, innovation incubation, cultural tourism and information services. Currently, the new energy town has arranged for 15 major projects, with a total planned investment at RMB10.03 billion that include a plan to complete an investment of more than RMB6.5 billion from 2015 to 2017. The key projects with investment reaching around RMB1 billion, for example, Tian Neng Batteries, Chilwee Group’s new energy vehicle key parts, and Himin Group South Base, will play an important role in the construction of the new energy town. While doing the new energy industry bigger and stronger, the town is also strengthening industry integration, integration of information technology and industrialization, and the integration of the industry and town, striving to shape the town as an AAA level scenic spot in 2017 to add charm to it.
