New Far East Cable Co. LTD.(referred to as “New Far East Cable”),a company under the Far East Smarter Energy Co., LTD., developed and produced "ZC-YJLW03-Z-127/220kV 1*2500mm²" power cable made of copper core cross-linked polyethylene insulated and wrinkled aluminum sleeve with polyethylene sheath longitudinal water resistance (referred to as 220kV-2500 mm² high voltage cable) was successfully used in Shandong Wudi Qingneng Liubao first-phase 120MWP hydro-photovoltaic complementary project. Now it has been fully accepted and grid-connected for operation.
This project is located in Binzhou city of Shandong province, with a total area of about 3500 mu, project investment of 1.02 billion yuan, and project capacity of 300MV (first-phase 120MV). Average power capacity of the power station (first-phase 120MV) is about 146.6107 million KWH, which can save about 48,400 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions of about 115,800 tons, with significant environmental benefits.
The 220kV-2500mm² high voltage cable used in the project is the largest product in the current domestic 220kV cable series. The New Far East Cable employs the German TROESTER 500kV fully dry nitrogen vulcanization and cooling catenary production line. It uses new technology of HCCV to produce ultrahigh voltage power cable. Now it is capable of producing 500kV-3000mm² and below ultra-high voltage cross-linked cable and owns innovation ability in urban transportation, green building and new energy.
