Nanjing Disabled Persons Federation Explored New Ideas of Assistance to the Employment of the Disabled with Far
On November 10, Xie Dejun, the president of Nanjing Disabled Persons Federation, Ma Lan, vice-president of Nanjing Disabled Persons Federation, Lou Kefan, deputy inspector, Ma Guohua, office director, Gao Ping, deputy director of disabled persons employment center and Chu Jian, chief of employment section and their party came to Far East to exchange assistance project to the entrepreneurship of the disabled. Zhou Dongjiao, investor, assistant president and CAO of Far East, Kong Qunling, investor, principle of party and mass organization of Far Eastern Group, assistant to secretary general of Far Eastern Foundation and Qin Mengmeng, investor and principle of brand culture center received them.

To express gratitude to contribution on helping entrepreneurship and employment of the disabled of Far East, Xie Dejun awarded Far Eastern Foundation the medal of “Far East opens new chapter of assisting the disabled with employment, whose charity behavior is an everlasting monument” on behalf of Disabled Working Committee of Nanjing Municipal People’s Government and Nanjing Disabled Persons Federation.

Xie Dejun Makes a Speech at the Forum
During the forum, Chu Jian reported operation situation of Nanjing assistance project to the entrepreneurship of the disabled. Both sides had a deep discussion on deepening assistance mode to the entrepreneurship of the disabled. Xie Dejun expressed gratitude to Far Eastern Foundation for voluntarily assisting to the disabled, taking social responsibility, and giving hand to the most difficult group. He made a main introduction to Hui Aifang, an assistance and public welfare project to the disabled created by Nanjing Disabled Persons Federation. As an innovation and entrepreneurship platform to the disabled, Hui Aifang paid attention the achievement transformation of creative design works, and successively started craft stores at Nanjing Presidential Palace and Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, which formed state of chain and large scale. He hoped develop a further cooperation with Far East on assisting the disabled with entrepreneurship and employment, and explored new mode of assistance and cooperation between Hui Aifang and Far East.

Zhou Dongjiao highly appreciated later operation of assistance project to the entrepreneurship of the disabled by Nanjing Disabled Persons Federation. She pointed out that teaching one how to fish is better than giving him fish, and it was an issue to be considered of charity that how to arise potential of the disabled. She suggested that both sides develop creative products by integrating public welfare to the disabled with tourism and method of building public welfare network plus platform to the disabled, thus achieved industry tie-in and development of helping the disabled public welfare and made innovation on assistance mode to entrepreneurship of the disabled to realize powerful and continuous charity.
