After three years of research and several months of rigorous testing, recently, the 62893 IEC 129 liquid cooled charging pile cable independently developed by Far East Cable Co., LTD., ( Abbreviation: Far East Cable), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Far East Smart Energy Co., LTD.,( Abbreviation: Far East ; Stock code: 600869) successfully passed the TüV RHEin certification and obtained the first liquid cooled charging pile cable product certification issued by TüV Rhein in China.

The difficulty of charging and low charging efficiency have been seriously restricting the development of electric vehicles. A large amount of heat is generated during the use of charging piles. The higher the power of charging piles is, the more likely cables are to heat up, resulting in unsafe and unstable factors. To solve the problem of high temperature caused in the process of charging current limiting, Far East Cable has specially developed the liquid-cooled high-power charging cable, which can conduct electricity while cooling heat with coolant, greatly improving the current-carrying capacity. Compared with the traditional cable, the power can be increased by more than 3 times, the weight can be reduced by more than 50%, and the battery life can be up to 100km in 3-5 minutes after charging. At the same time, the product has also passed the high temperature refrigerant corrosion test, with excellent blasting resistance, weather resistance, UV resistance test, low temperature resistance and other characteristics, to ensure the safety of charging.
