The Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2026 was held in Boao, Hainan from March 24 to 27. Under the theme of "Shaping a Shared Future: New Situation, New Opportunities, New Cooperation", this year's conference focused on four major pillars: "Grasping the Global Trend and Leading Development Directions", "Deepening Regional Cooperation and Stimulating Dynamic Vitality", "Driving Transformation and Innovation to Unleash Development Potential", and "Strengthening Partnerships for Inclusive Development". During the conference, more than 50 sessions, including sub-forums, roundtables, and dialogues, were held. Approximately 2,000 delegates from over 60 countries and regions, along with over 1,100 journalists from around 150 media outlets, participated in this grand event. The conference aimed to build consensus through in-depth dialogue, providing greater certainty and injecting more positive energy into the world. On the afternoon of March 24, a grand commemorative dinner marking the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Boao Forum for Asia was held. Jiang Xipei attended and had cordial exchanges and took group photos with distinguished guests, including Wang Qiang, Vice President of SABIC and President of SABIC Greater China, Tang Liye, Director of Sany Group, Cai Wei, Director of KPMG Economic Institute, and Kevin Kelly, Founding Editor of Wired magazine.

Lawrence Wong, Prime Minister of Singapore, Sahiba Gafarova, Chair of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, and Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena, Speaker of Sri Lanka, as well as representatives from the business community, delivered speeches successively. Kim Min-suk, Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea, delivered a video speech. More than 1,600 political, business, think tank, and media representatives from over 60 countries and regions, including Andrew Forrest, Executive Chairman and Founder of Fortescue Metals Group, attended the event. They stated that in the face of the complex and volatile international situation, China's development has brought opportunities to Asia and the world. The vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind and a series of global initiatives proposed by China are of great significance. The Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference is conducive to deepening exchanges, strengthening cooperation, and jointly addressing challenges. All parties should adhere to multilateralism, openness and inclusiveness, and mutual benefit and win-win results, to jointly promote world peace, development and prosperity. On March 27, the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2026 successfully concluded. During the four-day event, participating delegates engaged in in-depth discussions and built consensus on topics including the global economy, regional cooperation, financial security, green development, and AI empowerment, championing the Asian themes of unity, cooperation, openness, and innovation. Jiang Xipei participated in the closing day's activities throughout, engaging deeply in discussions on cutting-edge topics such as green energy and industrial transformation, further expanding his global vision and connecting with high-end resources.
